Due to the nature of our products returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Once the chocolates leave our facilities we are not responsible for damages incured by the carrier, we do our best to wrap and send them safely to their destination and if there are delays due to the carrier we are not liable.
Once you receive your calendar place in the refrigerator to maximize their life span and make it to the end of the calendar days, if you have a wine cooler that is the perfect place for it.
